Not just good for you...but GREAT for you!!!!
One of the things I've been doing....which the psychologist said helps the brain to relax and unwind is to DOODLE!!! Not just to DOODLE but to COLOR!!!!
FINALLY now someone gives credit to those of us sitting in school DOODLING away the hours!!!!
There are now "Adult" Coloring Books that are awesome sauce!!! (most of the pages in this book are not heavy enough to sustain markers.....so I need to get a box of Prism Colored Pencils and a brand spakin new box of CRAYOLA Crayons!!!
I looked at some of the doodles to gain inspiration for last nights DOODLE!
Go ahead and print off my Doodle page....I really like it on a heavier weight paper....like watercolor, then you can either use markers, crayons, colored pencils or watercolors....OR whatever floats your boat!!! (WELL.....I'm working to make it so you can print it....but right now it's not clickable! Darn!)
I dare ya to doodle & color before bed....see if it helps your brain to unwind!...That is unless you doodle for a living...then perhaps the brain isn't on board with relaxing.
